Sales Account Executive
Loadbalancer.org is looking for an intelligent and hardworking Account Executive to generate, qualify and close opportunities with new logos and existing customers. We are looking for a highly proactive individual with the drive and energy to forge new relationships with prospects, grow a small number of existing customer relationships and qualify and close inbound leads. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Loadbalancer.org, the business delivering high-performance load balancing solutions to customers around the world. We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, driven, self-motivated individual to work within the sales team, developing new customer leads and opportunities. Sales Duties:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of partners
- Proactively prospect, identify and develop sales pipeline
- Add value to the partnership by identifying ways in which Loadbalaner.org can offer expertise, guidance, or support.
- Identify ways in which the partner can increase sales volumes and revenue from cross-sale opportunities and the sharing of best practices.
- Confident and able to capture requirements and make recommendations based upon what is the most suitable service for the customer.
- Effectively communicate with people at all levels
- Capable of producing sales reporting including revenue forecasting.
- Confident and able to capture requirements and make recommendations based upon what is the most suitable service for the customer.
- Plan and manage their time and opportunities effectively and provide regular updates to the Management Team on their progress.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress with other team members.
About You:
- 2+ years of relatable Sales Experience
- Track record of hunting and closing new logos
- Able to create a plan for success and execute
- Collaborative team player, able to ‘park your ego’ for the greater good
- Ambitious and driven with a bias for action
- Self-motivated and accountable for your own success
- Relentlessly curious with a growth mindset
- High integrity with a customer-first attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust
- Passionate about selling technology
