As the co-founder and COO at Loadbalancer.org, Karen is responsible for accelerating the overall growth of the company. She ensures targets are met and profits are made, while keeping staff and customers happy. When not working, Karen volunteers for Home-Start Hampshire, a non-profit organization supporting families under stress. She also spends quality time with family and friends, and loves to travel.
