Which products are eligible?
All of our load balancer product groups are eligible. That includes, hardware, virtual and cloud (BYOL only) and the offer also applies to both perpetual and subscription licensing options (see T&Cs for full details)
What’s the catch?
We don’t like catches anymore than the next person, so we’ve tried to keep things straightforward. If you buy an appliance on subscription we will give you a second equivalent appliance for free — that’s it. If you buy an appliance outright (perpetual license), we will give a second equivalent appliance & license for free — however for perpetual appliances we will require you to purchase a support contract for both load balancers for a minimum of 1 year (see T&Cs for further info)
Who is this offer open to?
Short answer: you need to be a new loadbalancer.org client and a small business (turnover <$10m). Why? — with the current global economic situation, many small businesses are struggling with costs and maybe tempted to sacrifice uptime for savings.
